New Year, New Baby Giveaway!

I was super excited to receive a care package from Club de Bebe. I had just found out I was expecting and was gearing up for the woes of the 1st trimester. I stocked up on my early-days favs and was excited to add the things from their Happy Belly Gift Set to my stash: Earth Mama Angel Baby morning wellness tea, PSI acupressure bands (those worked wonders with my first pregnancy!), and a box of Preggi Pop drops.

And then I waited for the nausea. And waited. And while the exhaustion won't abate, the nausea never came. What a shock, as I spent the first trimester of my first pregnancy on the edge of hurling, with the strongest aversions to every food, smell, and picture of food in my vicinity. I expected more of the same with #2, but have been pleasantly surprised.

Today I am 12 weeks, so I think I can safely say I'm in the clear. So, it's your turn for these goodies! Maybe you're newly pregnant, or have someone in your life who is.

I'm hosting a fun New Year, New Baby! giveaway. Just leave a comment telling me your favorite early-pregnancy remedy, and you'll be entered in a giveaway for the acupressure bands and the Preggi Pop drops, courtesy of Club de Bebe! (Don't have any remedies? Any comment will do!)

Meanwhile, check out Club de Bebe: The Ultimate in Pampering for Moms-to-Be. It's like care packages for expectant mamas ~ What a clever idea! This is a great way to congratulate the newly expectant, or show someone far away that you care. They've got each stage of pregnancy covered, from the Happy Belly Gift set for the first trimester, all the way to the discomforts of those final days. With something at all price points, you'll easily find the perfect gift to pamper her. And, each gift comes beautifully boxed and wrapped. It couldn't be any easier. If I could make a registry just for myself, Club de Bebe would definitely be on there!

Giveaway entries will be received until Midnight PST on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Winners will be announced on the blog and notified in person, so please be sure to leave some way for me to contact you:: blog address or email. Cheers!

Preggie Pops are a life saver! I tried ginger foods and drinks and that made me sicker, so saltines and preggie pops only!

We JUST found out that we're pregnant with our first this past Monday. I'm so excited I feel like I could burst (or maybe it's the constant need to pee that makes me feel that way). My best friend had her first back in September and said that I should definitely stock up on preggie pops, so here's hoping I win! :)

My entire first trimester was nothing but nausea. The only thing that I was able to keep down was saltines and Ginger Ale!

My favorite remedy was to sleep all the time! :) That is the only thing that ever takes the nausea away.
